Description

Fortune 10 conglomerate looking for a Sr. VP Accounting Policy:
Newly created group. You will deal with the Corporate Head Quarters Group, business units, institutional investor community and internal and external intermediaries. You will participate in issuer meetings, quarterly earnings calls, and make verbal presentations to the Board of Directors on the explanation of critical accounting policies and the effects on reported earnings and financial position. Your research will be published for public review. You will also provide opinion and analysis on critical reporting issues and publish high quality research in the form of "Special Comments" discussing credit implications of hot issues related to financial reporting developments.
